Straight type

RCC Fencing poles should be of the sizes given below:

Reinforcement:

Prime vertical rods should be of 6.0mm in diameter and round MS bars should be 4
Stirrups should have 6 mm diameter, round MS bars should have 20 cms radius from centre

Hooks for fixing barbed wire: Hooks are of 6 mm in diameter, MS bar Hooks should be atleast 5, which given to fix spiked cable having length 1.6 or 1.8 meters. Long pillar should atleast be 6 in number. Hooks are given to join the barbed wire of length 2 meters. Long poles should be 7 in count. Hooks are given for attaching barbed wire having length 2.3 or 2.45 meters. Top barb should be given atleast 100mm under the top of the pillar and bottom barb should be given minimum 500 mm above the bottom of the pillar. The length between the top and bottom barbs should be uniformly divided to join the remaining barbs

Reinforcement:
- Primary vertical pillars: 10mm in diameter, around 4 in number
- Stirrups: Ms bars have 6mm diameter and centre to centre radius is 15cm

Hooks for fixing barbed wire:16 barbs are given for fixing the edges in each pillar. Top hook is provided 100mm below, the top of the pillar and 750mm above the bottom of the pillar. Barbs are at same distance from each other.

Cement Concrete Mix : Cement, sand and metal or coarse aggregate cement are mixed in the ratio of (1:2:4) with concrete cement having natural size 12.5 mm. Sand, which is used is free from impurities such as clay & salt. Concrete Mix should be in compliance with grade M-15 of IS:456:2000 (with upto date changes).
